Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, destination, trip length, budget and number of travellers, with optional service preferences and notes. When you submit the form, these details are sent securely to our team and kept in our enquiry records. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead, you review and send that message using the relevant app.
How we use enquiries
Details sent to FareTripDeals are used to respond to your request, discuss travel options and prepare quotations. If you proceed with a booking, we may request additional information needed by the relevant travel suppliers through an appropriate channel.
External services
WhatsApp, your email provider, Google (which stores our enquiry records) and the website hosting provider process information under their own privacy terms. This website does not request payment details or passport uploads.
Website measurement
This version does not load third-party advertising or analytics tags. Hosting services may process technical access information to operate and secure the website. If additional analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this information will be updated.
